The project is comprised of six buildings of different heights. The lowest one has two floors, while the tallest one has fifteen. The existing structure is used in the small buildings. In the tall ones, another structure is being built since the foundations do not allow for the construction of more than four floors. The final concept of Aqua Lofts was the result of different ideas during the design process. The client chose this last idea for several reasons, such as its clarity, simplicity, strength and rationality, qualities that make of it an iconic and innovative building with a unique image.

Project developed and created in collaboration with Gaeta-Springall Architects.
