Design a conceptual and contemporary cover series for a selected set within the Penguin Classics brand.

 

SOLUTION

Utopia, How the Other Half Lives, Black Lamb and Grey Falcon, and The Iron Heel all make unique statements about culture and political affairs. I placed these four classic, but seemingly disjointed books together into a series as a way to guide the reader on a journey to a better intellectual understanding of the world around them. Through the use of dramatic photography and strong typography I was able to make this series appealing to a mid-twenties male audience interested in the pursuit of self-guided learning.
