Here is a majestic bull elk standing on a rise overlooking Cataloochee Valley in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This Colored Pencil painting won top 100 honors in 2012 Paint the Parks competition. I t was displayed at Coutts Museum in El Dorado, Kansas during 2013. 3rd Place Winner, Heaven and Earth Juried Exhibition, Ocala, FL, 2014.
