The Chest of drawers NODO combines design, innovation and functionality.
The innovative design of the Nodo Chest of drawers, makes it a versatile piece of furniture that can suit many different “interior situation”: from living room to bedroom. It has four spacious drawers that can be personalized with codes, symbols and numbers created with the rope handles in order to identify your clothes or things stored inside. The solidity of the structure becomes lighter thanks to the original touch of the inclined feet made of solid wood.
The rope of the handle is inserted through the door holes so you can create many different combination of symbols, letters or numbers. You can also give a code for the identification of the drawers contents.
Andrea Brugnera was born in Treviso in 1980. In 2009 He earned the degree in “Industrie del Legno” (Wood industries) at the University of Padua with the thesis “Honeycomb cardboard furniture”, subject that have led him to specialize in cardboard installations and kids furniture. Since 2004, simultaneously to his university studies, He is working at Luciano Bertoncini Studio, dealing with design and representation in the Architecture, industrial design and brand identity field; With the Master Bertoncini He is learning every day the profession and its aspects at 360°, from the idea, sometimes just a dream, to production. He loves to design and to produce, if possible, the prototypes he draws. He prefers to use wood for his projects, because it spreads color and nature. Formabilio is freedom, finally!
