The Silly Yak
Sasha has been living on a gluten-free diet since being diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease almost ten years ago, before the hipsters jumped on the bandwagon. Having struggled to eat well around the world alongside her two coeliac sisters and father, Sasha decided to start The Silly Yak with her partner and chef, Tiago. Starting as a simple cafe catering for those with special dietary needs, The Silly Yak has since expanded to include a number of sub-brands to delight and excite the gluten averse. A place where you don't need to ask "is it gluten-free". It just is. The Silly Yak is a gluten-free paradise for coeliacs and the intolerants alike.
