The approach to nfts brought with it fears of an unnecessary search for comparison with others.
So here I have represented, deliberately with shapeless strokes merged with poems, the fear of not being able to boast about vanity metrics, the fear of not being accepted, the fear of remaining 'poor', the fear of toxic positivity where we have to show a forced smile, the fear towards the gods, the fear of betting on our choices and the fears that remain generically hidden like a boogeyman.

One of man's most ancestral fears is of the gods. Since ancient times we have prayed them and feared their wrath. Experiencing nft often leads you to want to pray idols and people in order to succeed in some way in a complicated world.
I wanted to represent this fear towards the gods with an image symbolizing a battle and I attached a poem in my native language: Italian.

One of the fears of the modern era is being anonymous. The internet and social networks constantly expose us to others and thrive on the psychological need for constant approval. The likes, comments and general interaction satisfy us more and more and the fear of being ignored rises.
I summed up the concept in a quatrain.

The boogeyman represents hidden fears. The ones that lie silent for a long time and that we do not realise are deep-rooted in our subconscious.
I wanted to represent this indefinite feeling with one of the best known figures in popular culture in the world

Hug me represents the fear of not being accepted and is one of the most common in the artistic journey I am on. On the other hand, it is undeniable that through creativity we seek out people to convey to them what we have created in our creative process.
I started painting in October 2020 and still struggle with what is called impostor syndrome.

Whatever we choose to do in life is essentially like gambling.
We can say that we are all gamblers without the need to deal with a bookmaker.
Often the fear of failure assails us along with the anxiety of expectations.
This work wants to represent these moments by enclosing them between an image and a short poem.

The vanity metrics of social networks led to the emergence of influencers and embedded in humans the fear of not being liked along with the desire to be adored.
Come and Worship wants to represent through a request for approval the fear of not being liked by playing on a well known iconography.
