Chat for learning environments
Chat is one of the most used features by students when it comes to participating and asking questions during virtual classes, but it also takes extra effort for instructors to monitor all activity within.
Our purpose was to run quick usability tests to validate key opportunities and pain points, sin chat is a common pattern in several digital platforms, we focused on understanding specific needs in learning environments.
After testing a validating main ideas, we came up with several needs to be tackled in the short term.
