O prato mais emblemático da  vastíssima culinária indiana  é, sem dúvida, o caril. Viajou da Índia para os quatro cantos do mundo e, onde chegou, foi por sua vez influenciado e transformado misturando-se com as tradições e sabores locais.
É de Moçambique que vem a paixão pelo caril e pela culinária  indiana que deu origem ao Karril. Esforçámo-nos para conjugar as receitas de origem e os seus percursos para criar pratos que, sendo exóticos e “de fora”, são também nossos.
Convidamo-lo a si para que nos acompanhe nesta viagem de cores, perfumes e sabores.

A fusão de estilos e das várias culturas envolvidas no conceito deste projecto é feita através do uso da tipografia, criada para a marca, e do padrão. A tipografia bebe influências dos caracteres Indianos e dos tipos de letra utilizados em material gráfico tanto em Portugal como em Moçambique, na era colonial. Uma vez que o caril tem uma forte ligação com a tradição Indiana, os grafismos mais presentes nesta cultura aparecem para dar esta conotação ao projeto, interligando-se com o tipico padrão português.

The most emblematic dish of the vast Indian cuisine is undoubtedly the curry. Traveled from India to the four corners of the world, where he was influenced and transformed blending it with traditions and local flavors.
It's from Mozambique that comes the passion for curry and Indian cuisine which gives rise to Karril. We are focused in combining the revenue source and its pathways to create dishes that being exotic and "from outside" are also ours. 
We invite you to accompany us on this journey of colors, perfumes and flavors.

The fusion of styles and the various cultures involved in the concept of this project is done through the use of typography, created for the brand, and of the pattern. The typography drink influences of Indian characters and fonts used in graphic material both in Portugal and in Mozambique, in the colonial era. Once the curry has a strong connection with the Indian tradition, the graphics more present in that culture appearing to give this connotation to the project, linking up with the typical Portuguese default.
