The highway is a pragmatic construction that cuts nature and cities according to an efficient planning. Mostly like a river. The building it’s an artificial environment, that mimics natural geography, enclosing natural entities, like an aquarium. The project it’s not about program but about an idea that becomes a program.
The aquarium is transparency, an abstract space, so it must be continuous with interdependent functions. The building consists of two circuits, the water circuit and the air circuit- fish and people. Everything must be accidental, connected and fluent, the two systems must combine and create an amorph space. Close as an idea to the relation between nature and city, an unpredictable environment, but nevertheless, a focal point for the everyday life.
