Desde 1911 is the tribute that Pescaderías Coruñesas has wanted to pay to the family legacy, based on the search for excellence and a deep respect for the sea and the people who work it. Desde 1911, it was created with the aim of creating a restaurant in Madrid offering the best seafood and fresh fish of the day.

The design of these elements is capable of integrating the products offered by the restaurant, in a bright and minimalist space that characterizes to Desde 1911.





JUICE PRESS
We have carried out intensive research, exploring the culture of French cuisine, to come up with an updated design and new ergonomics for this culinary instrument. A simplified mechanism, easy to use and clean, created to extract the juices from poultry, seafood and fish.

Materials: sanitary stainless steel and oak wood.​​​​​​​










GUERIDON
Continuing with the search for traditional elements, we have taken the gueridon to another level. Modifying its dimensions, so that the help it provides to the service becomes the protagonist of the room.

Materials: Jurassic stone, it should be noted that the stones used are between 150-200 years old.








CHEESE BOARD AND TABLE
This table has the capacity to bring together all the varieties of cheese available in the restaurant. The different intensities of the cheeses are reflected in the heights that make up this board, thus defining the different ways of tasting this product.

Materials: ash wood.

CHEESE PLATE
Once the cheeses to be tasted have been chosen, the staff will serve the selection on these plates, which continue to maintain the levels to guide the customer to the correct cheese experience.

CAVIAR BOWL
To highlight the excellence and uniqueness of the product, we have maintained the natural shape of the stone, hollowing it out so that it can house the most precious jewel. We have also taken advantage of the characteristics of the material to ensure that it is properly preserved while it is being consumed, so that it does not lose any of its properties.

TRAYS AND BREAD BOARDS
The conceptual adaptation of the space and the possibility of showing the customer the product in its original form is the priority in the design of these elements. Trays and boards of various dimensions for a personalised service for different types of diners.

SHOWCASE
Every day, the best fresh fish and seafood from our coasts at the perfect moment for your enjoyment. And for this purpose, this display cabinet is located in the centre of the room to give greater emphasis to this essential philosophy
of the restaurant.

CIGAR CELLAR
Desde 1911 it has a great variety, brands and origins of cigars. This piece of furniture stores, in a perfect state of conservation, and exposes in a simple and exclusive way the selection that the restaurant has. The drawers in this cellar are at the same time pull-out trays that make it easier to the staff to move to the room and then present it to the client.
