Design goal:Creation of the concept of a one-story country house for a large family, followed by the development of an architectural design project.

A residential building with a total area of ​​530 m2 was built in a suburban private sector, located next to the reservoir in a beautiful picturesque place, where there is amazing nature, clean air and a lot of greenery.

The special wishes of the clients were the one-story building, interesting geometry of the house, expressive, presentable design of the front porch. Thinking about the concept of the project, we decided to define the style of architecture as eclectic and mixed modern, Italian style and classical elements. The color palette of architecture is based on the contrast of white and black, light and dark tones, which sets a certain mood, the dynamics of the object, its character and purpose.

Structurally, the building is a structure with a strip-type foundation and a reinforced concrete base, the walls of which are made of double masonry solid ceramic bricks, a pitched roof of complex shape, covered with flexible bituminous tiles (CertainTeed type). We like to design complex combined facades. The exterior cladding of the walls of the house is made of textured plaster, facing bricks and Stroeher crossbar-shaped facade clinker tiles, which have high performance.

The layout of the premises is solved on the same level. The country house has a huge combined kitchen-dining-living area, a large master bedroom with a dressing area and a bathroom, two separate children's rooms with a shared bathroom, a guest bedroom, a laundry room, a utility room, a garage. A hammam and a large 14-meter swimming pool were constructed in a separate outbuilding.

Separately equipped barbecue area was organized, and we proposed its arrangement in two versions. In the first case, a fully covered spacious open space is presented with a kitchen set, an oven, a dining group and a small bathroom. In the second option, we recommended dividing the house into two parts - an open one, with a terrace with a summer kitchen under a canopy, a wood-burning stove, a sofa group with a coffee table, and a closed one, where you can hide from noise or bad weather in a warm and cozy atmosphere at the dining room. table.

The uniqueness of the architecture is expressed in the fact that the building consists of separate outbuildings, although it seems that the rooms and premises in the house seem to be stacked together.

However, this does not prevent the building from looking holistic, original and stylish. On the territory of the house, a beautiful landscape design was also made with landscaping and its arrangement, a playground and a recreation and communication area for children and adults were organized.
