For a recognition event at work I asked my team to send me 3 words or phrases reflecting what they appreciate about each other. I then put the feedback into typeface that reflected the tone of what was said as well as their indvidual traits/personality. In presenting it I started reading the words for them to guess the recipient and then displayed the design on a screen and handed them the hard copy, which most have chosen to hang up by their desks.

 

This was inspired by a story I heard a while back around a class of kindergarteners who, years later, still carried around their list.
