Hjertevarmestuer is a pun or mix of words in the Danish language. Varmestue translated directly means warm room; a place for homeless people to go and get warm, have a meal and maybe sleep. Hjertevarm means heartwarm.
The stationary line is decorated with stamps shaped in basic geometric forms from which both houses and hearts can be created. Using stamps is also economic for the organization, since preprintet paper is not necesary.
The cd is called Pladen fra gaden, which means The record from the street. It is a collaboration between Hjertevarmestuer and professionel musicians in order to create a voice for homeless people.
