Adrian M. Silversmith, Sprelly Founder and PB&J enthusiast, has always had a passion and drive for entrepreneurship and food. While in college, Adrian had participated in a 6-week long geology trip via caravan across most of the northern parts of the United States. With limited supplies on this excursion, the peanut butter and jelly sandwich was an all-too-regular food staple for him and his fellow explorers. At journey’s end Adrian had certainly reached his limits with the daily PB&Js.
About 13 years later, married to his college sweetheart and the father of two beautiful girls, Adrian found a renewed enjoyment of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. His daughters loved them to pieces and he loved making them for his children. This inspired him to not only find a place where his family would enjoy a similar, healthy treat but also to fulfill a lifelong passion to create that type of place where not only his but other children would delight in the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. So began Sprelly, where freshly ground ‘on the spot’ nut butter spread and jelly sandwiches bring about a reminiscence for all ages.
