Prototype packaging for the "Moment" front suspension bicycle fork. Due to the size of the project, the carton was divided into 5 separate panels and then merged into 1.
Closures for the packaging consist of 3 hook and loop dots which provide a satisfying sound when opened and 2 reusable ball end bungee tie down loops which secure the overall system.
The packaging also utilizes a modular insert system which can be interchanged for multiple products. This too is held into place with hook and loop dots for a secure fit.
Overall cost is reduced significantly over the entire run by removing print in areas hidden from view.
