Little White Lies is an independent, bi-monthly printed magazine dedicated to the reviews of the very best films and the interviews of the people behind them. Established in 2005, Little White Lies is known for mixing creative illustration and layout design with gripping journalism. The brief was to create a series of covers for an issue of Little White Lies Magazine. After reviewing hundreds of potential films, thirty films were chosen for this project that was released during 2013. They were then narrowed down at random to four films, allowing there to be a selection of movies that would produce completely different outcomes. The covers were based on the main character from each of the films, in keeping with the style of Little White Lies. One of the concepts in this project has two covers. This was because it was appropriate, based on the plot of the film to create two alternative covers for the issue.
