The name Thirteen Twelve is the birthdate of founder Kelly C. The mergence of slash is a date sign. The idea of slash also indicates the blading of eye brow embroidery. Connecting between two numbers “13/12”.

While Kelly adopted the practice of physiognomy (面相) - traditional principle that analyses personality of others based on the intricacies of their physical appearance - she believes that the shape of our eyebrows play an important part in one's nature and temperament. 

We adopted the principle of physiognomy and its relation to human and nature, expressing it through the sand & earth element  - represents the skin and
relation to the colour as well as how the texture of sand earth reflect the texture of a semi permanent eyebrow.
