First time photographing bread with yeast. This one is Gluten free so it is not as light and fluffy as a regular loaf. 

Since it is a Gluten Free bread the loaf did not rise as much as a regular loaf would have which is more challenging to shoot. My favourite way to shoot this was to layer the bread slices and use different angles of capturing this gluten free yet still delicious bread. 

I really wanted to capture the texture of the bread which I think I did well here on this close up shot.
