Book cover designs by Luiza Beccari
This project is made of three different covers for the book Hamlet, by William Shakespeare. Cover #1 is Designer's Choice, which is a digital composition that contains a metaphor and a juxtaposition (also a metaphor). Cover #2 is a Handmade Cover, which was crafted using household foil, painted to look like gold, a printed skull painted to look like it was bleeding, and a hand painted wood board background picture. It was then assembled and digitally modified to become this cover. Cover #3 is a Typography cover, and it was made with a background image as a base to modify each glyph and make the text look like a recognizable image.
