Chess room.

A 3D-proposal for an imaginary chess room inspired by the work of the famous Austro-Hungarian artist Koloman Moser. The proposal shows also a digital reconstruction of Moser's 1902 guest room.

With the help of some images found in internet, I realized a very unique design for the chessboard, presented here together with Kolo Moser's famous armchair, lamps and furnitures from 1903.

Koloman Moser
also known as Kolo Moser  (Vienna, 30 March 1868-ib., 18 October 1918)

Founder of the Wiener Werkstätte together with Joseff Hoffman, a trademark in 1903. This grouping of visual artists, architects and designers stood for the ideal of the Gesamtkunstwerk or total work of art, a coordinated environment in which everything, down to the last detail, was consciously designed as an integral part of the whole project.
