4 Pack Die Line and Animation

The task was to take this die line that was given on a sheet of paper and resize it to fit a specific bottle size, then to make it into a folding animation. All of which was to be done in Esko Artios 12.0. To accomplish this, I first measured the diameter of the widest point of the bottle and then doubled that number to include the second bottle that sits on that side of the four pack. I took that number and plugged it into the width of the Bottom Panel Section at the very bottom of the page in the image below because that is where the base of the bottle would sit.
I then scanned the image and dragged it into Artios. Once in Artios, I then resized the scanned image until the width of the Bottom Panel Section matched the measurement of the two bottle diameters. Using the scanned image as a templet, I then traced every crease and fold line. The red lines are fold lines and the black lines are cut lines.
Once the die line was finished, I used a feature in Artios to convert the file into a 3-D file and used additional Artios tools to fold the four pack up in a virtual envoirment. I will say that the 3-D animation was a very difficult piece to complete and my folding animation did not come out perfect, but it still shows how the piece folds up.
Below, is a picture of the final folded piece. I cut it out using a CAD cutting table.
And here it is filled with the bottles specified. (Below)
