This is a project design proposal for a fictitious company looking to convert visitors to their cat cafe into paying customers. The biggest problem that the company was facing was that store employees were a bit too task-focused rather than customer service focused. This was my plan to institute a culture-shift through some e-learning and live training.
The Purrrfectionary is a fictional company that was facing a sales conversion issue and was in need of training.
