This image may seem violent, but to me, it represents hope. It may look that poor apple was stabbed with dagger and killed - and it is. But that wasn't poor apple - it was rotten.
One bad apple spoils the barrel, they say,
but just like a bad apple, one bad thought, one negative emotion, if not removed, can carry a seed of sadness that can spread at every other good thought, infecting them with something bad and rotten, changing them in something else, something they are not, something unhealthy. Eventually leading to depression.

So, this image is a reminder to myself
Don't let negative emotions build up inside of you
Don't let it consume you
and make you sad.
Remove it from your barrel (your mind) so the good
apples and thoughts stays healthy.
So that You, stay healthy.

Its hard to fight it, to destroy it, but its not impossible.
