ENTERPRISE PROPOSAL: Customer Insights into Zimmermann
This Enterprise Proposal is my student work (Fashion Customer Insights) to propose a missing gap in the market that the Australian brand Zimmermann can enter into. The proposal first looks into the brand's history and identity, then uses the brand's market segmentation to point out influences on consumers' decision to buy. Through insightful studies on consumers' behaviour, I crafted a new detailed consumer profile and placed the new brand image on a positioning map with other notable competitors. This work demonstrates my ability to look into consumers' behaviour and profiling for targeted marketing and business decisions. The proposal was marked 45.8/50 (91.6%).
