The famous Centre Pompidou reached out to Ecole Estienne as they were looking to work on a new visual identity for their Vidéo Club. The Vidéo Club is a program that sends mediators from the center to class rooms each week so they can introduce work from the Art Video movement to the students (the center has an extensive collection of art video work).
The main goal for the center was to have a debate and communicate with the students, to see what each student's takeaway would be. That's what we decided to represent through our work : the video club is an agitated meeting point from which ideas emerge.
The purpose was to create a system that could easily be modified each week as they worked on a new theme, hence the rigorous work on the grid.
Thanks to Alice LOUIS and Cynthia BEAUJOUAN for their contribution to this project.
