This project is meant to showcase proficiency with glyph compositions by demonstrating focal point, negative space, structure, craftsmanship, variety, unity, and gestalt. The compositions were made using Neue Haas Grotesque Bold and Stemple Garamond Roman glyphs. During the last three weeks, we have did hand drawn sketches as a way to brainstorm ideas. From there, we turned those ideas into digitized versions. We critiqued our peers work and received feedback on our own work. From there we worked through the refining process to create a composition that exemplified the characteristics I have listed above.
