Lockdown Dreams - UCL

How were your dreams affected by Covid-19? 🦠😴

The first two films I made last year with UCL & Lockdown Dreams are now live, with open access, via PEP WEB!

‘Between April 2020 - March 2021, a small group of postgraduate students at the UCL Psychoanalysis Unit were inspired by reports of a surge in vivid dreams to collect Lockdown Dreams as a record of the emotional vicissitudes of an unsettling and unprecedented global pandemic. More than 500 dreams were submitted by the public from across the world, as the COVID-19 pandemic raged around us.’

These Covid dreams, and examinations of said dreams, have been made into 3 unique animations and I’m super excited to finally share them with you all! :)

I can’t wait to show more of this long-form project, but in the meantime here are some of my fave scenes from the first film ‘The Day’s Residues’.
