Pulso é uma família tipográfica inspirada na rebeldia e na atitude do rock da década dos anos 80 no Brasil. Neste projetos algumas bandas dessa fase do rock nacional são homenageadas com algumas de suas frases mais famosas das músicas com a tipografia aplicada.
A ideia do projeto foi tentar unir a mensagem, inquietude e críticas com temáticas sociais que as bandas passavam em suas músicas para um desenho tipográfico que representasse essa fase, em formas instáveis, exageradas, sem regras e com o foco na mensagem.

Pulse is a typeface inspired by the attitude of brazilian rock from the 80s. In this project some bands of the national rock are honored with some of his most famous songs with the type applied.
The idea was to try to unite the message, restlessness and social issues which these bands passed in their songs and lyrics to a type design that represents this era, with unstable and exaggerated forms without rules and focusing on the message.
