Icons were created (for each value) and used as magnets for an internal employee game, stickers, and other various collateral.
A poster was created for each value and hung around employee areas.
To promote Meydenbauer's internal values, these cards were created for an emlpoyee game. The employee(s) with the most "value cards" at the end of the period when prizes.
