We started out with intensive literature study to get a better understanding of the human factors in play

We followed it up by conducting several interviews which gave us an idea of user needs and expectations. It allowed us to create suitable personas and analyze the pain points for each of them.

We created a robust information architecture which would make the navigation process really simple and cater to users with different levels of education and digital exposure

After creating rough wireframes we got down to creating a beautiful website, which we felt would address user needs and reflect the Design department's ideology
