"The Summer on Blossom Ranch" depicts a cover of a black hand reaching towards orange blossoms buzzing with bees. The intent of this cover is to ascribe the memoirs of a african american diaspora daughter that shares the story of her father's immigration from Haiti to France to recreate a new life, to spite his traumas and fears of his childhood rearing.
