During my graphic design internship in Crete, Greece one of the practice assignments was to make a logo and illustrations for the local municipal garden. We illustrated the visuals and a treasure map for the kid's scavenger hunt for a future event in the garden. I collaborated with my fellow intern Heather Lawrence on this project. We wanted to show of diversity of the plants within the logo that will represent the park in the best light and still keep some traditional Greek ornaments. For the map, we illustrated animals and made a colour-coded map that will be easy to understand for kids and adults while still being very fun and colourful. We finished the project with a mock-up social media post.
