The application proces: 
Whenever someone fills out this application formular, the company will receive it at the CRM-System. Whenever they received it, they can start reading the resumé and see if they want to go further with the applicant. 

Inside the CRM-system i build a function, so whenever they have decided if they want to go further with the applicant, or deny the applicant, the applicant will receive an email with information about what VOLT E-bikes decided to do. 

If VOLT E-bikes decided to deny the applicant, he or she will receive a "thank you" email, with the information that he or she didn't go through to the interview part. 

If VOLT E-bikes wants to bring the applicant in to an interview, then an email will be sent to the applicant, and the staff member who will hold the interview. In the email to the staff, there will be information on the applicant, so the staff member can prepare for the interview.
