Baikal is not just a unique and beautiful lake. This is a territory of many activities both in summer and winter. As we were there in summer one of the thing we planned was hiking. And Baikal gives you an excellent possibility to enjoy 100% of hiking.
Some enthusiasts develop a fantastic project - Great Baikal Trail. A chain of some pieces of the path around Baikal lake. This is a wonderful route full of pretty views, nice places to have a rest, smelling with all the gorgeous local herbs.
