I costumed designed for Indiana Wesleyan University's Steampunk version of Romeo and Juliet in Fall of 2021. I centered the Montague family around deeper blues, greens, and leather. I centered the Capulet family around richer reds, pinks, maroons, purples, and lace. For Romeo and Juliet I wanted them to be lighter, less weighed down by the war of their families, so I centered them in white with hints of their families themes that could be removed when they were at their most vulnerable in the play. Some of my designs were nominated for the KCACTF Festival.
