Twin is an exceptionally complicated company because of its structure. It has an international side and a national side, each of which are themselves broken down further into their own individual business strands (six altogether).
Working in the marketing department at Twin often felt like being in a small agency where clients with their own specific audiences require their own specific language etc.
This document was created as reference point for anyone who might write on behalf of Twin and will need to understand the different voices.
