A design-project that exposes human fears and psychological issues through the lens of contemporary art. The chosen symbolic images for the project are cockroaches, as they evoke a subconscious disgust in us. This is also enhanced by the symbol of a skull—a sacred sign of Death. Each lettering represents a single cockroach as one of the demons that reside in the mind of an anxious person, insecure and disturbed with other mental problems.
My "The Metamorphosis" is not a retelling of the fantastic nature of Kafka’s works but is inspired by an idea of transformation in his novel. Yet, not about the transformation into a cockroach, but about the ways of transforming the destructive nature of our fears into art and a source of life force.
The human modus is built on insecurities, social beliefs and attitudes, fears, ideologies and structures within society and family. The majority of these are disruptive, causing us to fail and instilling fear in us. However, one should not be afraid of their demons and should not look at themselves through their eyes, nor should they be afraid of social rejection. The most important thing is to not depend on someone else’s opinion and to find beauty in your own imperfections, turning them into the foundation of a free and strong personality.

Дизайн-проект, обличающий страхи и другие психологические проблемы человека через призму современного арта. Символическими образами выбраны тараканы: их подсознательная омерзительность усиливается сакральным знаком смерти - черепами. Каждый леттеринг — это конкретный разрушитель-таракан, сидящий в голове зависимого от неуверенности, тревог и других душевных проблем человека.
Мой «the metamorphosis» — это не пересказ фантастической ирреальности Кафки, а навеянная его повестью идея превращения, но превращения не в таракана, а о том, как деструктивную энергию трансформировать в творчество и в источник жизненной силы.
Человеческий модус, строится на основании комплексов, установок, убеждений, страхов и семейных сценариев. Многие из этих факторов разрушительны и могут стать причинами неудач и возникновения фобий.
Однако, не нужно боятся своих тараканов, не нужно смотреть на себя их глазами, не нужно бояться социального неодобрения. Главное, чтобы отношение к самому себе кардинально отличалось и не зависело от чужого мнения, находя в своем несовершенстве красоту и точки для роста сильной и свободной личности.
