This title sequence is for a movie called Child #434.

 

In this movie, it’s set in a dystopian era where certain people aren’t able to have kids. Fortunately, families are able to adopt robot children, which is just as good. However, one particular robot became mad and insane due to problems that occurred whilst constructing it. It developed a mind of it’s own and started killing innocents. That robot is Child #434.

 

The title sequence reflects what happened during the process of making Child #434.
