Redesign of the coat of arms and flag of Vidin
The shield is heater-shaped with a single gold field, containing three black lions passant guardant, armed with red claws.
The arms are crowned with the historic crown of the Bulgarian Prince of the Second Bulgarian Empire.
The flag is a quatered flag across the 1/3 vertical axis on the side of the hoist with white and gols countercharged and a dark grey cross overimposed on the quartering edge.
