Making batch of foam Kakama masks

Laser cut, foam parts that will make the Kakama masks
Foam shaving produced by beveling the pieces on a bench sander
Foam dust produced by beveling the pieces on a bench sanders

Beveled, flat foam pieces before heat forming
Beveled pieces waiting for heat forming. 6 60x60 cm foam puzzles were able to generate pieces for 7 masks
First mask during gluing. Pieces were heat formed and thin, black foam was glued on to create a decorative recess.

Masks surface was sealed with PVA glue
Sewing adjustable rubber straps for the masks
Finished straps
Rubber strap placed where it'll eventualy be glued in after painting. Each mask was marked with makers mark and serial number.
Finished batch. Masks are left unpainted right until the order.
Masks can be used as shoulder pauldrons as the would be in a MOC
