After moving to Cologne to study Videogame Design, I needed a personal space
to showcase my work, other than my Behance profile.
Starting from a free Wordpress template, I went through a deep graphic customization process also implementing a lot of external scripts and functions such as stellar.js for the parallax
scrolling effects or pace.js for the loading overlay.
I really wanted my website to show my love for colours and flat and sharp design, so I also wrote a tiny skin color changer script (the one in the top left corner of the body) wich allows the user to choose between some colours for the page header, body and titles.
Trying to get the simple and most intuitive layout possible, I came to use the stellar.js script from Mark Dalgleish to slide in the content of each project at a different speed than the body scroll.
This allows the users to view the images first, sliding in the text only if they want to know more.
