UX Assignment - Maker Checker System

I had done an assignment for an MEP consultancy firm where I was asked to design the below mentioned feature for the mobile app:

A user will create an issue in the app and tag 2 people (Person 1 and Person 2), both will be notified:
Person 1 will be the maker who will work on the issue at the construction site and mark the issue as completed for approval by checker.
Person 2 will be the checker who will check if the issue has been completed or not.
Both can upload images as well.

If Person 2 approves, the issue will be closed.
If Person 2 disapproves, the issue issue will again go to the maker for rework.

I had designed the mobile app screens for the above process in Figma.
CREATE ISSUE PAGE : The user can create and issue by adding a Title Summary and tagging the maker(person who will work on the issue at the construction site) in Assignee I and checker(person who will supervise whether the issue has been completed or not) in Assignee II.
Description could be added. Files and Images could be added in the Attachments. Finally the CREATE button is to be clicked to create the issue. This would send the notification to both tagged.
MAKER'S ISSUE PAGE : This is how the assigned issue would appear for the maker. The status appears as OPEN. Files and images could be added in Attachments. COMMENT button is to be clicked to add a comment. Finally, MARK AS RESOLVED button is to be clicked for approval by checker. None of the other details previously added by the user are editable.
CHECKER'S ISSUE PAGE : This is how the assigned issue would appear for the checker. The status appears as OPEN. Files and images could be added in Attachments. COMMENT button is to be clicked to add a comment. Finally, the Approve or Disapprove button could be clicked to Close the issue or send it to the maker for rework respectively (refer next two pages). None of the other details previously added by the user or maker are editable.
CHECKER'S ISSUE PAGE (On Approval) : The Status would be marked as CLOSED upon approval and none of the details would be editable unless the checker clicks on REOPEN ISSUE button.
MAKER'S ISSUE PAGE (On Disapproval) : The status appears as OPEN. An alert message appears on top of the page, "This resolution hasn’t been approved. Rework needed." Files and images could be added in Attachments. COMMENT button is to be clicked to add a comment. Finally, MARK AS RESOLVED button is to be clicked for approval by checker. None of the other details previously added by the user or checker are editable.
