Throughout my research, I have discovered that the platforms didn't have clear categories, neglected buyer and seller rating system and were advertising heavy, holistically lacking in user experience which the younger audience was after. The solution that I proposed is a sub-application aimed specifically at the university students who are likely to purchase second-hand items as they are affordable and are often only required for the duration of a university.
