Lunar New Year has been the most celebrated day of Chinese societies all around the world. This piece is actually inspired by one of the tradition that every Lunar New Year, they give presents to each other, as a form of celebration, gratitude, and greetings for the new year ahead. Coincidentally in 2013, the Lunar year is Water Snake, so this design is using blue as the main color, since it is the color of water. This design is also using a lot of Chinese Ornaments, to accentuate the Chinese cultures and heritages.
