Leather is a durable and flexible material created from animal skin. Normally it is used for different industry products, such as clothing, furniture, household products, and decoration. Since the beginning of human history, man started to use it for different needs, manipulating it and putting it on different processes.
After a long research and analysis about leather, we could conclude several points that were convenient for this project.
To be able to observe and see the benefits about the modification and transformation of this material through different processes and with different techniques and materials that would help to reach the final design.

Minimal design of a coffee table created with an out of the ordinary process. Under different manipulations and experimentation with different resins to finally get a process that could reach the most suitable for this final design. The design has a wooden surface and leg, and on the other side is the leather part that was manipulated with epoxy resin so that it could reach that final design.
