This app aims to bridge the gap between local sellers and urban customers. It also provides them with an opportunity to expand their customer base.
Here, I explore ways in which conversational interaction in the form of voice input, speech to text and read aloud functions can be used to break the the language barriers and bring about inclusivity. The content also focuses on larger proportions of imagery and icons to relieve the burden of reading.
