"Green Fairy". I always wanted to taste absinthe. In Coppola's "Dracula", the Count serves Mina some absinthe, and it is one of the most romantic scenes I ever saw in any film. The Green Fairy is the "spirit"; "spirit" is not only the drink, but the butterflies, the trees, the mist that surrounds the scene. Several versions, and some old sepia photos.
