The 2021 Calendar was made with the intention to learn about each of our planet's resources, as well as highlight some species from India. Each month features habitats from the ocean ecosystem to mountainous regions as well as plastic free July and ways for us to support local stores. This buildable calendar sits well on the desk and comes with an MDF stand with slits as well as 2 sheets, from which one can cut out the months. The paper is completely tree-free (made from cotton rags) and the board is MDF-sourced from agro forestry based industry, thus avoiding wood as a base.
I sold these calendars on my Instagram handle- Elzac Doodles, and went as far as not using plastic in the packaging, switching to water activated tape and reusing old newspapers and twine to send the parcels safely. This product received good response overall and I intend to repurpose the base stand for the next calendar design I do, so people can just buy the paper to refill/restock!
