The New Richmond Distilleries; New Richmond, Ohio

Located along the Ohio River just Southeast of Cincinnati, New Richmond is a quaint village with a woven community. The city is looking to develop the South riverside boat launch site and surrounding properties. As part of this economic and community revival project, The New Richmond Distilleries is a new business that hopes to be one of the first businesses to be a part of this development plan. The new distillery, developed by Stawicki & Associates Architects of Cincinnati, overlooks scenic views of the Ohio River, new boat launch, and surrounding landscape. The distillery will be a new gathering point for the whole of New Richmond and provide the South waterfront with new community activity to revive the neighborhood. ASDesign has developed a landscape concept design and watercolor illustrations for the site to create a vision of the projects reality. The landscape design takes advantage of the scenic location and seeks to create walking and driving routes that respects the gridded street pattern of the traditional city layout.
