Historical romance novel that serves as both a prequel & sequel to the “Conduct Code: Valdemar” novel. The first half of the book happens across the year of 1612, during the kingdoms of Filipe III, the King of Spain and Portugal and Jaime I, the King of England, Scotland and Ireland, where we explore the events that will lead to Melvin’s parents to meet each other and fall in love. The second half of the book happens two years after the events of “Conduct Code: Valdemar” in the year of 1650, where we get to follow the latest adventure of Melvin and her loved one Raven Knott, as they depart on a quest to find wealthiness and liberty for themselves which will take them to the land of Brazil, a colony controlled by the Portuguese crown.
